Cherries Jubilee: Enjoying the sweet harvest year round
Learn how and what to do with one of the valley's fruit jewel. We will make a few items to take home and explore several other methods of preserving cherries. Let's celebrate San Joaquin valley cherries!

Check in begins at 9:30 am, class will begin promptly at
10:00 am and will end at 2:00 pm.
Cost: $25.00
Make and take 2 items in this hands on class! We will be making Cherry Marmalade and Black Forest Preserves
Space is limited!
This is a hands-on class. You will be on your feet much of the time (though accommodations may be made with prior notice), so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes.

Classes are held at the Robert J. Cabral Agricultural Center, 2101 E. Earhart Ave., Stockton, 95206 in the Calaveras Room.
