Request an Information Table

Would you like Master Gardeners at your next event? If you are having an event that would attract people interested in gardening, we may be able to provide an information table and/or a children’s activities table staffed by Master Gardeners.

The information table consists of at least two Master Gardeners providing information about what we do, introducing our hot line and website, and answering gardening related questions.

Note: If you're looking for a speaker instead of an information table, please go to our speakers request page.

Please keep in mind:

We request a 4-week notice for any event request.
We may not be able to fill requests for April without a 6-week notice due to high volume of requests that month.
Due to the number of requests we receive, we regret we cannot fill requests for groups of less than 15 people.

To get started, fill out the following survey as completely as possible. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Your information will be sent to our Events Coordinator and they will contact you within two weeks.
